3. Custom Products

• Design previews will be sent within 1-2 business days via email.
• 48-hour revision window begins upon preview delivery. No changes permitted after production begins.
• Custom products are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.
• Final products may vary up to 5% from digital previews due to material limitations.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed in USD. Foreign exchange rates may apply.
• We may cancel orders for: suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.
• Backordered items will ship separately with notification sent via email.

5. Intellectual Property

• All FORTHING logos, designs, and website content are protected under international copyright laws.
• Unauthorized commercial use of product images or descriptions is prohibited.
• Customers retain rights to original designs submitted for customization.

6. Limitation of Liability
