- Production begins after final approval and takes 3-5 business days

- Expedited Shipping: Available for additional fee (contact forthingdong@gmail.com for rates)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and destination

- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order is dispatched
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system
